Many of our products, such as Arita Wagyu, are sourced from farms and producers that avoid using hormones or antibiotics and instead, adopt environmentally sustainable production practices. Effective communication is a fundamental aspect of our business. We work closely with local import trading companies and restaurants to ensure that precious Wagyu beef is used and cooked without waste.
We provide guidance to our customers on proper usage of slicers, knives, and other cooking equipment, as well as techniques for trimming and cutting each portion of the beef. Furthermore, we contribute to creating menus that harmoniously complement Wagyu beef with international ingredients.
