We've created the finest gyoza by being uncompromising in our choice of ingredients.

We use plenty of minced meat full of the flavor of a whole Miyazaki Prefecture's Kuroge Wagyu cow.

Key Points for Cooking Gyoza!

1. Heat a frying pan on high and add two tablespoons of salad oil.
2. Space the gyoza apart and pour approximately 80cc to 120cc of water or hot water over them.
3. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes (if frozen, 8-10 minutes).
4. Then remove the lid, and after the water has evaporated, add a small amount of oil and fry while moving the pan over high heat.

Storage Method : Keep frozen below -18℃. Please store in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
