The Best Way to Cook a Juicy, Supreme Hamburger

1. Thaw the hamburger patty.
(Place it in the refrigerator for about half a day, but if you're short on time, you can thaw it in the microwave until the surface is soft.)
2. Place the patty in a heated frying pan and cook until the surface is browned. Do the same for the other side.
3. Cut an onion into 1 cm thick rings and add them to the pan. Place the browned hamburger on top of the onions.
4. Add water to the frying pan until it's about 2-3 mm deep, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
5. The onions laid underneath will be infused with the savory taste of the beef, so please enjoy them together with the hamburger.
