Arita Wagyu Reaches the Top of the World
Winner of the Producer Category & Gold Medal in the Wagyu Category
at the World Steak Challenge 2025
In November 2025, in London, Arita Wagyu from Arita Farm in Miyazaki, Japan, achieved an exceptional accomplishment at the World Steak Challenge 2025—winning First Place in the Producer Category and Gold in the Wagyu Category.
It is extremely rare for both the overall production system and the quality of the beef itself to be recognized at the same time. This achievement proves that Arita Wagyu represents not only a strong brand story but also genuine global quality.



What is the World Steak Challenge?
The World Steak Challenge (WSC) is one of the most prestigious international steak competitions.
All steaks are judged through blind tasting, with no information about brand or origin.
Key features:
- Judged by chefs, buyers, and meat professionals from around the world
- Evaluated based on flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance
- First round in Amsterdam → Grand Final in London
- Multiple categories including cut, region, feeding type, and producer
Within this rigorous judging process, Arita Wagyu received two of the most significant awards:

About Arita Farm
Arita Farm, located in Saito City, Miyazaki Prefecture, is one of Japan’s leading black Wagyu farms, raising approximately 8,000 head of cattle.
