A Historic Night in Doha🇶🇦Arita Wagyu Shines in Its Middle East Debut

To commemorate the launch of exports to Qatar from SE Meat Miyazaki, a halal-certified slaughterhouse dedicated exclusively to halal beef, a special promotional event featuring Miyazaki Wagyu and Arita Wagyu was held in Doha, Qatar.

At this memorable event, NIKUJILLE Co., Ltd. handled the export of Arita Wagyu, marking our first-ever shipment to the Middle East—a major milestone for our company.

The event welcomed around 70 guests, including professionals from the meat industry and chefs from renowned restaurants.
One of the highlights was a live cutting demonstration by Mr. Samata from the Federal Meat Academy School Guidance, showcasing the techniques used to prepare chuck roll and picanha.
His expert skills brought out the full appeal of each cut, captivating the audience.

A variety of exquisite dishes made with Arita Wagyu were also served.
Guests responded with high praise, with many saying it was "unlike anything they've ever tasted before."
