These accolades are the result of the unwavering dedication of our producers, who have spent many years focusing on cattle health and meat quality, as well as the collective efforts of our entire team committed to delivering this value accurately to the global market.

Entering a New Export Phase in 2026
In 2026, we plan to begin exports to the UAE and Indonesia.
At present, we have established a system that enables exports to more than 30 countries, allowing us to supply Japanese Wagyu steadily and continuously to markets around the world where it is truly valued.
Launch of Our New Business: “Wagyu Market”
This month, we are proud to launch a new initiative, Wagyu Market.
Wagyu Market is a platform that enables the direct buying and selling of branded Wagyu from outstanding Japanese farmers to customers around the world.
By connecting producers and buyers directly, this platform realizes a true farm-to-table model for Japanese Wagyu.
Through Wagyu Market, customers can gain transparent access to carefully raised, high-quality branded Wagyu, while farmers are able to convey the story, philosophy, and value behind their cattle without being lost in traditional distribution structures.
Our goal is to create a fair, efficient, and sustainable marketplace that supports producers and delivers authentic Japanese Wagyu to those who truly appreciate it.
Delivering the True Essence of Japanese Wagyu to the World
The mission of NIKUJILLE is not simply to export Wagyu as a premium ingredient, but to communicate its true essence—
including the production philosophy, techniques, culture, and values behind it—accurately and responsibly to the world.
To achieve this, we are engaged in a wide range of initiatives, including:

Planning and hosting overseas Wagyu promotion events

Dispatching and training Japanese-style Wagyu cutting specialists abroad

Supporting the establishment of restaurants, meat processing facilities, and central kitchens

Developing a “full-set export” model that maximizes the utilization of the entire Wagyu carcass
Rather than focusing solely on exports, we place great importance on growing markets together with our local partners.
